I have lived many lives in this one incarnation. As a young Cambridge University graduate I began my career working for international human rights organisations advocating for truth and transparency in Africa and Asia. I later worked for an international consulting firm supporting businesses to ethically invest and operate in challenging environments. My consulting work took me all over the world before a series of personal challenges led to a complete change in life purpose and direction.

I turned inward, first to an exploration of the mind, the unconscious and altered states of consciousness. This lead to completing a Practical Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy. A love of meditation developed from there, and I explored of Eastern spiritual traditions including Vedanta Advita and Sri Vidya, Western mysticism, and Jungian and depth psychology. More recently I have immersed myself and formally trained in Internal Family Systems - a therapeutic modality that supports deep psychological healing and awakening.
